So many friends say me that you will like to go into a model agency but you have a real problem that is the overweight but don't worry because I help you for that you can lose your overweight . ok
I need that you follow this nutritional program to lose weight , but I like to say you , that the junkfood you can eat never , if you want to lose weight is your desicion.
I know that you weight is 70 kilos good I need to start with the foods that you could eat .

First:
1) for each junkfood that you eat I want that you go to gym and do exercise for along time until that you lose the calories amount in your body for eat junkfoods.

2) if you want when you arrived at house to eat somethinght you could eat the next foods : salads , and a lot of water between all days .

the situacion of the love

dear angela

this is one of the all bad relatioships that I had in my life .When I was study the last year I had the please to meet a beautiful women her name is natalia, behind this beauty I found tha dark side of the love .

for me everything was a lie because she always try to make a perfect love for this I was affend , she didn`t say me the real problem between her feeling about her ex relationship . I was try to felt better but the bitterness won and everything since I was meet her , when I went out with her , and everything that I wanted to obtain from her ,this cause that I felt start with grow apart her like this cost very much forgot .

my conclusion is all relationship have a meaning that give the energy for maintain the couple in union with love .

two years was pass since that Robert was murderer by a group of childs , only two persons were the witness , we talked about the real problem who experience the people of the district, that mix the drugs with violence , but the police never pay attention .

from interviews with the two witness that saw all murder , legal medicine know that this problem came since that started the illegal trate drugs with child s . the witness were talk that Robert had much problems with the Boss trate about some many drugs that him never pay his . one of the witness was talk that Robert was drunk and he was like to comsume drugs every day .we weren`t know about if Robert had family or parents .

The witness were say that the murder started near at 11:00 pm and that Robert ran downhill with a liqueur bottle , we said that he hadn´t control with his actions for his drunk state . and we said that when he passed near , the smell was unbearable and he walked for one lam blck and when he finshed in this moment appear four childs with coat,jeans and a toy mask that cover these faces , the witness said that the childs seize him and started to stap his body . we said that we stayed petrify and couldn`t react for helped Robert. the childs ran and disappear in the darkness , when we arrived Robert finished with 42 stap in his body and dead in the instant.

Finally , the childs leaving with a important evidence about the boss and the drugs trate. nobody wend to claim Robert body ,and the search continuos about the ilegal trate and try to find the cartel boss.

The spectacled bear gets its name from the distinctive circular bands which ring its eyes. The markings vary slightly from bear to bear, but the general look is the same. The markings are a creamy-yellowish color while the rest of the fur on the animal could be anywhere from brown to black. The spectacled bear is a small animal as bears go, the males generally weighing from 220 to 340 pounds, and the females 140 to 180 pounds. The animals are generally from 60-72 inches in length, with the females being about 30% smaller, on average, than the males.

The females are generally mature somewhere between their 4 and 7 years. After maturity, the animals will mate between May and June, with the litters of up to 3 being born during the Nov-Feb period. The cubs weigh a mere 10-11 1/2 ounces at birth. During the mating months, the bears will pair up and stay together for up to two weeks, copulating frequently. Like most other bears, the female requires this stimulation to ovulate.

The spectacled bear is a very adaptable animal. It, like the brown bear, is found in widely varying habitats. This bear is found in steppe lands, rainforests, cloud forests, and even coastal scrub desert land. The destruction of its habitat by mankind poses perhaps the greatest threat, since the range of the animal has declined greatly as development of its former habitats has increased. for this the people need that the goberment give help for that this beatiful animal has a plase wend can life calm and protect.

the most terrible story that my family experience

when I was live in cali my parents worked in buga a city near to cali , this traslate for may father was very hard for his work life , and in many days I was stay with my brother and my parents in la habana a town near to buga , this plase is beautiful because is very virginal and has a lot of nature .

In the first months all staed good until that one sunday when my father and my brother went to buga and pick me up when I staed in the friends house.when us returned the colombian army stoped all cars that went to la habana , my father was worry because my mother staed alone in the house and he wasn`t know that what is the problem ? , in this moment arrived a colombian sordier and said that the colombian army have a combat with the farc , my father made himself look a fool and I wasn`t belive this situation . spended many minutes and the army gave way to la habana .

my father went fast to home and when arrived and saw my mother that was perfect all breathed in the car .my mother was saing that the combat was terrible for the noise about the weapos ,and the most terrible thing that she saw in her life was when she saw the gerrilla soldiers with a dead woman to hung stik when they were run to mountain .

this problem endured many days and I was experience the ward , this is very terrible and I know that the people that life in this types of towns . felt bad .
